Free spaced repetition schedule generator

Generate seven review dates from your learning time without an account. Download a CSV study timetable or ICS calendar file using Knowloop’s fixed review intervals.

Enter a learning time to calculate reviews after 20 minutes and 1, 2, 4, 7, 15 and 30 days. No sign-up is needed to generate or export the schedule. It is a fixed plan, not a prediction of when you personally will forget.

A day means 24 elapsed hours. Local clock times may shift across daylight-saving changes. All offsets start at the first learning time.

This tool calculates in your browser and does not upload your inputs. Downloading does not create website tasks or enable email reminders. Calendar events last 10 minutes and can be imported into calendars that support ICS.

Choose your learning time

Enter a topic and start date. The topic labels your exported plan and is not stored on the server.

Check the resulting dates

Generate the plan and check it against your routine and exam deadline. Fixed intervals do not automatically avoid overnight reviews.

Export, or set up email reminders

Download CSV or ICS directly. For website reminders, sign up and create a knowledge item separately; the exported plan is not automatically saved to your account.

Common questions

Is this a free spaced repetition calculator?

Yes. You can calculate and export seven fixed review dates without signing in. The intervals are Knowloop defaults, not a universal optimal schedule.

Will this tool send email reminders?

The public tool only calculates and exports dates. To receive emails, create an account and a knowledge item in the app.

Can I use the schedule in Excel or Google Calendar?

CSV opens in spreadsheet software, and ICS can be imported into calendars that support the format. Knowloop does not directly connect to your spreadsheet or calendar account.
